How to Use the Lash Serum Beginners should apply the serum every 2-3 days and work up to nightly use once their eyes are used to the product. You only need 1 dip for both eyes. Wipe off any excess product from the wand before applying, then apply a thin line just above your upper lash line on clean, dry skin like eyeliner. Do not use on the lower lash line. Wait 2-3 minutes for the serum to dry before applying skincare, makeup, touching your eyes, or laying down. Once satisfied with the results, apply 2-3 times a week to maintain your look.
